By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these operating terms. All service engagements are governed by separate, mutually agreed Statements of Work (SOW) specifying deliverables, qualification criteria, and monthly scopes.

2. Deliverables & Qualification Standards

Our lead generation deliverables consist of verified prospective clients who express explicit interest in having a conversation with your agency. We do not guarantee downstream sales closing rates, as client conversion depends on agency sales execution and offer fit.

3. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All client CRM records, target lists, and correspondence handled during delivery remain the strictly protected property of the engaging agency.
